Industry Associated Meeting Room requests are now closed and will re-open Sunday, January 26, 2025 12:00:00 PM EST. You may use the onsite request form beginning then. Please allow a three-hour turn around time between the request and room set. i.e., if you need a room Monday at noon, request must be received by 9 a.m. Monday.
