In the past, a large number of our exhibitors have been sent misleading information from Construct Data Publishers concerning their FAIR GUIDE. In response we have sent them a Cease and Desist letter from our legal counsel. The firm is notorious. In fact, the International Association of Exhibitions and Events has been fighting this group for years. The attendee list for the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) is maintained solely by U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY) and is proprietary to IPPE. Distribution or other use of the list without express authorization by IPPE is strictly prohibited. IPPE does not share or sell contact information in accordance with our privacy policy.

If you have been approached by a third-party vendor to purchase an IPPE attendee list, it is a scam. IPPE show management suggests that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. Management does try to keep an eye on these offenders and sends cease and desist requests, as well as reports them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Management also sends out information educating exhibitors and members on proper handling of these requests, if received.
