IPPE's learning sessions from industry experts and thought leaders will focus on industry trends, food safety, plant operations, sustainability and many more current topics. The 2025 IPPE will feature many hours of dynamic education programs from which to choose.

The listing below includes programs offered at no extra cost as well as programs that require an additional fee to attend. Free programs are included with your IPPE registration. For paid sessions, you must register and pay for these programs when you register for IPPE.

The American Feed Industry Association's production compliance committee is hosting the annual Feed Production Education program again in 2025. As regulatory requirements for the feed industry continue to evolve, this training session will update participants on any recent changes from several federal agencies including DOL, DOT, EPA, FDA and OSHA.


Animal Agriculture Sustainability Summit

The American Feed Industry Association, the Meat Institute and the U.S. Poultry and Egg Association will host a free conference on opportunities for animal agriculture to advance food supply chain sustainability goals. In addition, the Family Farm Environmental Excellence Award winners will be announced.


Poultry Market Intelligence Forum

A leading industry economist and industry experts will provide insights on how the domestic and global economies are continuously improving performance and how regulatory issues impact the poultry and egg industries. The Latin American Poultry Summit will focus on leading technical topics covering live production and processing issues of greatest priority to Latin American poultry and egg producers and processors. The content focus will focus on a variety of areas for broilers and layers. Baseline Listeria monocytogenes Intervention and Control Workshop

APHIS and Industry: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly of Importing/Exporting Animal Products

This opportunity will allow the American Feed Industry Association, North American Renderers Association and Pet Food Institute Members to learn about the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service's (APHIS) role in conducting animal food product facility inspections while processing a large volume of paperwork, such as import permit requests and export health certificates, required for animal product imports and exports, simultaneously advancing and expanding U.S. market access by negotiating with trading partners. APHIS headquarters negotiators and field office staff will come together with the industry to review "The Good, the Bad, and The Ugly" of what they are seeing and how the industry can be better prepared for inspections, handling paperwork, communicating and collaborating to keep imports and exports flowing without delays.
